Sealanes Marine Services , Inc. is a non-fee charging Filipino crewing and manning agency, duly licensed by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) of the Department of Labor and Employment since 1978. SMS is a recipient of the POEA Top Performer Award and a member of the Filipino Association for Mariners Employment (FAME).

SMS provides maritime personnel , officers and rartings for ocean-going vessels such as roro vessels, passenger ferries, general cargo, heavy lifts, bulk carriers, etc..

SMS enjoys a high reputation because it assumes and carries out responsibilities that go beyond recruitment, deployment and includes protection and welfare programs for the benefit of its seafarers and their families. For example, it operates a Philippine Central Bank licensed non-stock loans and sasving association for its employees, seafarers and their families, to give financial help in times of emergency such as school tuition fees, illness and accidents of family members.
